my number one said this to me recently...

"some things you gave to me are more important than presents.."

i've always felt bad because of one particular incident and i tried to make up for it.and i guess it's pretty resolved on that day.

sure feels good to talk to number one in this way.

what have i given to number one?

mr koh said the e-lit is ready!! e-lit's a collection of poetry and i believed...mine's inside!=)

plugged in a cbox..haa...

shall learn web designing after my stint in teaching..to think..it's already week 6! ah, lots to be done during the june hols..good break plus to tidy up my poems, take the photos, edit those nus articles, gb camp planning, trip with the crew..let's go hongkong! and also to melb visit charissa.

that means only one thing.

i need to save up for all these..

oh man, there's still 4 more months of holidays. this is the most tiring holiday i would ever have.

i can't read a whole chapter of art katz..it's mind blowing and wow! indescribable. gosh, if i can't read art katz's literary language, how am i going to finish a book a day for lit and socio hons????

i don't know, i'm taking a step at one time. He knows and that's enough for me to content with.=)

for all of you out there...

here's ms tan's version of 7 deadly sins in essay writing.

please rem to pay loyalies. ;)

1. expressions/sentence structure.

no, i dun mean expressions or marie france bodyline but how u express yourself in your essay! you are not talking to your best friend all right. you are doing a piece of formal writing and not telling ms tan your life yada yada yada...

2. tenses.

no, i dun wish to know any schizo who doesn't know whether they are living in the past or present. worse still, lost in translation.

3. spelling/ wrong word in wrong context

i'm sure you know how to speeell right??

4. punctuation

there was a story behind this punctuation thing. i shall find out and tell you more.

5. grammar

this includes all your nouns, pural, singular.....

6. plot development/out of point aka OOP

u stray away from the guidelines, a taboo!!

7. exceeeeedddiiinnnggggllllyyy lllooonnnnggg

i mean, exceedingly long. word limit is around 350-500. don't go beyond that!!

i must rethink my options. if it means double majors in ntu, i have to give up alot. that includes time with those dear ones. staying in hostel definitely sounds gd but it means alot of travelling back to home and to the east.

and eddie koh says double majors might not lead you to double hons. and i want dat hons!

and if it's nus, it's more convenient and definitely better since paul n co are there. sab n jas also. and of course, those other fac ppl.. but nus' always changing their criteria for hons.. and they havent tell me anything..YET.

sigh, when u are at crossroads with so many things to consider and so little help rendered, you just feel like..sigh, i hate to think so much!!

reminds me, i might not see those familiar faces around the fac anymore..

now, who says growing up is easy?

caine was asking me whether i'm gonna be a lit teacher...another chua???

try staying positive as they said...

changed the layout. more of kim cheng's "life that hesitate" per se.

i miss kim cheng and all those lectures..

yes, i cant wait to do the module on singapore literature and culture. wait...i cant wait to get in there. zhey, 4 more mths.

now i tell ya, teaching aint easy as u think. sigh, miss those loveables in school. should be having meeting now i guess. shall go for debrief laters.

open the mailbox to see that letter of confirmation.

let's be fair, there are reedeming factors in those classes. just dat they get on my nerves sometimes, gosh, msot of the time.

now you know why some teachers cannot take their nonsense.

reminds me of wahab..how we got him into trouble..yes, mr yap and mr koh also. sad man..but hey, we did them proud! and we were talking abt them during dinner yesterday. it's always someone missing. never could get the whole crew down.
